Hidden Shower And Exposed Shower Systems

Showers are one of the most important facilities in a family's bathroom. You can divide the shower set into two types: concealed and exposed. Many families choose to conceal the shower and install a concealed bath. This creates a beautiful effect in the bathroom. You can embed the shower in the wall to make it a decorative flat. The shower used to be a watering device, but it became sanitary ware. There are many ways to install a shower system in different homes. Today, I want to talk about the concealed shower system. What is an exposed shower system?

What are the benefits of hidden shower sets over exposed ones?

The control section (coil) for the concealed shower must be buried within the wall. It should then be connected to the inlet pipes for hot and cold water. The wall also has an outlet pipe that supplies the shower water. The walls will only be able to see in darkness after installation. The control panel and overhead rain shower with faucet are not necessary to the wall. This allows for the wall to remain clean and tidy.

The pros and cons of a concealed-shower system

Normal showerheads cannot replace the shower system. The shower system is now mounted on the wall. Only the control switch and the showerhead are left. This saves space in the bathroom. It is elegant and visually simple. However, when the valve core is buried, the main shower part is also buried in the wall. After prolonged use, problems with the core of the valve can occur. Maintenance is difficult if the valve core becomes corroded after prolonged use, such as leaking from the shower or a leak in the valve cone interface. Replace or repair.

A wall-mounted, exposed shower system can be used in most households. The main body of the showerhead, hand shower heads, and so on. They are to be installed at the wall's reserved water supply port. The product limits the height of installation. There are some restrictions.

The pros and cons of an open shower system

A wall-mounted shower kit usually includes a hand shower, overhead shower, and a shower faucet. The kit also includes a shower faucet and a column. It is simple to mount the wall-mounted shower system. Simply attach the wall-mounted hot/cold water inlet and shower faucet to your wall. After attaching the shower rod and holding the seat, the connection can be made. This style is less expensive than an installed one and is, therefore, more flexible than they concealed. However, the disadvantage of the wall-mounted combination is that the control and water supply hoses for the shower are visible outside the wall. This creates a less appealing visual effect than the concealed one. Bathroom space is also taken up by the showerhead and column.
